✅ Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags attached

    • Packed in the original packaging

  • Sale items and customized orders are non-returnable.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • We allow size exchanges only if the required size is in stock.

  • If the item is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a return.

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 How to Return

  1. Email us at support@tyntwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll share the return shipping details.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
