Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The product must be in original condition with all tags intact.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Through their TYNT account profile on the website by accessing their order and submitting a return request.

By contacting our support team with the order number and reason for return.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are required to arrange return shipping through a courier service of their choice.

Please note:

TYNT is not responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If the return is approved:

The refund will be processed after the product passes the quality check.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges only for size-related issues, subject to product availability.

The product must meet the same return eligibility conditions mentioned above.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Products with removed or damaged tags.

Items purchased during special promotions or sale events (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
