Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high demand periods (such as product drops or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package.

International Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and will be communicated before payment confirmation.

Please note:

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link which allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, TYNT is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order.
TYNT will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos if applicable.

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
